I’m going with the idea she is black based on what is posted here as well as what comes up when you google her name
If that’s wrong then I have no idea. But I am of the understanding she is back based on that. So me being told I’m defending Lacy because of race is quite rich wouldn’t you agree?

No doubt he was Driving somewhat reckless but any rationale that tries in any way, shape, or form that he was responsible for that Wteck is the definition of straight up STUPIDITY!! The car that crossed the center lane was in the same lane as Lacy 70+ yards ahead of him! Pure Nonsense!

we can see the collision happen.
We know from photos and testimony she crossed the center line and that caused the collision.
So it’s a symantec’s argument whether or not a video showing the collisions technically
shows her crossing the center line or not.
You can’t see the line, but I can see the accident happen and I have other knowledge.
So unless you’re arguing she didn’t cross the center line, it’s a pointless distinction.

You can be involved in a fatality and not be charged with negligent homicide or anything that’s felonious if there’s a contributing factor to the crash. Which in this case is KL driving erratically. They properly cited her for driving left of center.
There was a well to do kid that went to Parkbirw Baptist a few years tha killed a man at an intersection. He was exonerated from culpability and served no time. Just like woman will serve no time. She was avoiding a vehicle who was avoiding KL. Tragically, in her split second decision she hit another vehicle causing the death and serious bodily injury. Not every MVC has a severely negligent party, but in this case, there are 2. Funyun and KL.
Watch the video, she clearly says “the car was coming at me” how some of yall can ignore that she was talking about KL being in the southbound lane going north, I don’t understand.

No facts here but assuming two cars are traveling at 55mph toward one another and are 70 yards apart, they’ll collide in less than 1.4 seconds.

When 2 cars hit each other, i usually look at what the drivers of those cars did.
lacy didn’t create a situation where her only options were rear and a truck or hit a car head on.
she created that situation.
If Lacy was coming straight at her with no gold truck in between then i’d say it was a matter of how far away he was.
and in this case he’s back in his lane a good distance from where the collision occurred and it looks like before the collision occurred.

it was never publicly divulged. She appears white in the video, but her face is blurred out so she could theoretically be light skinn-ded. the folks here in the area all say she was white, but I dont know the woman. I have no goddamned idea what pride is babbling about or where he's getting this info from.
