Still no streetlights or sidewalk. Maybe we'll get those after the next death.

The lakes at Valhalla at the intersection of Pecu and Highland got barricades installed but only after 2 people went into that lake and drowned. (Separate incidents).

Lowering speed limit

What you do when you really don’t want to do anything.

I’d be pissed if i was the family.

Isn’t there a sidewalk on the West side and a small part of the East side?

The lack of streetlights is a big problem.

They need to add pedestrian / street lighting around the walking path. It's pretty damn dark over there at night and after games there are hundreds of kids walking that path very late at night. Dangerous in more ways than one.

Wasn't the main factor in that crash the driver's intoxication?

Ehh- hard to say. She was .04. If she was 21 she would not meet the BAC threshold for DUI. I haven’t actually heard anything about her actual impairment or lack thereof. But based on BAC alone, I would say that impairment *may not be* the main factor.

They should pass a law prohibiting looking at your phone while driving. Oh wait…

I thought this as a construction zone already.

If it is a construction zone the speed limit should have already been lowered.

Speeding in a construction zone has double fine.
