I think O is ill equipped to lead a FB program at ANY LEVEL!
O is street smart and knows how to BS, but he has enough street smarts to play the guy who knows what the OC expects and who will lead LSU in the SEC, why would he start an inferior player.
I don't know nor care who the WR may be, if HE "BE" at all, but if he did say this BS, consider the source/sauce!!

That’s the dumbest shite I’ve ever heard. The guys job literally depends on the success of the LSU football team. Why would he risk his job to play a QB that doesn’t give him the best chance to win??
Logically sure, however he can also be hard headed.. many coaches can be and not even see things outside of whoever they believe as their next guy.
I am not anti Myles or pro Lowell, I am for the best.
From what I see, Myles has the best accuracy and throws a very tight ball. I like that a lot. I do like the prospect of a true dual threat QB like Lowell, however his passes seem to sail and aren't as tight.. but that's from an incredibly limited amount of "practice" clips..
I question whether O gives the QBs a true chance as well.. but that's just a natural concern.

Booty vs Davey: Awesome
Maybe coaches see something that receiver doesn't seem

Yeah, I don't believe that assumption is accurate as well.
I am sure a number of black receivers want the best QB to play regardless of color.

I am so looking forward to this Spring Game!
20 days!
Maybe the most anticipated Spring Game for me.
Really want to see these quarterbacks for ourselves!

With how he looked when I asked him it was a no brainer he went on about his athleticism and so on but then he replied and said the coaches are favoring Myles and from the sound of things he’s going to start no matter what.
I guarantee you Taysom Hill has more athleticism than Drew Brees. I can tell you which one I’d rather be my QB though.

Its racial. For sure.
Prove it. Maybe the coaches prefer a pure dropback passer, since all these "dual-threat" QBs haven't worked out so well (like Jordan Jefferson and Anthony Jennings).

If I was wagering on it I would bet that Myles is more accurate and mechanically sound at this point. Lowell has been out of live football for quite a while. LN needs more reps live

I knew this shite would start eventually. Starting with the posts in the offseason about how Lowell was tearing it up at some random workout in Florida.
Not everything is about race, or some grand conspiracy.

Obvious this is a bama troll

but what we really care about is accuracy, velocity, and mechanica in the pocket.
Many of the Rantvirginknockers just want athleticism, quick feet and a fast runner. Passing accuracy means nothing to the kids. They just want a QB with Swag.
Yep, Ole King Lowell aint gettin a chance just like Lindsay Scott.

If O doesn’t win big the next two seasons he is gone. He’ll leave with about $5 million in the bank, which is nice, but he will lose the opportunity, forever, of being anything more than a single digit millionaire.
So if O gets this QB decision right, he becomes very wealthy, plus admired and respected throughout the country. If he gets it wrong he’s an affluent D-line coach and a laughing stock.
And you think he’s going to sit Lowell even though he’s the obvious best option?

Common misconception. Jefferson was considered a pro style QB in HS.

Now that's a pretty heady charge agin Coach Oeaux. Whatever, there's a quarterback controverski brewing at LSU.

One of our juniors attended LSU junior day and said the defense and O-line don't like Myles Brennan. He said they were calling him a bitch and telling him he ain't ready and someone told him, "You should've signed with the team your daddy wanted you to sign with." Said Narcisse came in and threw a 40-yard TD on the first play. He couldn't believe how skinny Brennan was -- said his legs were skinnier than his arms.
