Yikes, clearly you've missed the lingo.
Just FYI, "this" in response to a post is essentially a post amplifier (saying "not only was the opinion correct, it should be reposted").

Goodness, dude.

37, I understand your point, but you don't get better sitting on the bench when your team is up by 4 TD's.
Lane keeps talking about the team not being deep...true...but you need playing time to get better.
I don't understand the NFL mind set. Put the second team in for a series now & then when its still a game.

I think one of the reasons is style points. It’s not just enough to win. You have to win big to guarantee upward mobility in the polls.

The voters don’t take the time to see whether a team had 3rd & 4th stringers in the game when marking their ballots.

I believe they need to do away with the preseason polls. There shouldn’t be a poll until around week 4 or so. Then some type of quality win algorithm should be factored into the mix.

Love it or hate it at least the old BCS formula for ranking teams used a certain amount of quality metrics in addition to the fanboy factor.

All you dumbasses that downvoted op, LK said today in hindsight he should not have put starters back in. Risk not worth reward but likes the competitive spirit.
