It seems that every time LSU faces a quality opponent their starting pitching gets rocked. Don't expect to see Poche throwing blanks tomorrow. We'll likely be lucky to get five innings out of him. The reality is that LSU has played a soft schedule up until now and the upgrade in this weekend's games will expose our weaknesses.

I'm not gonna overreact about tonight. That's not Lange. He had an off night, which happens to everyone, and because of it this teams chances of winning were slim to none.
If Lange isn't that impressive in his next outing then I will worry.

TCU was the better team tonight! Plain and simple.

Just swept a top #25 team. Poche one hit 'em.

Lange as shook early and often.
Duplantis was atrocious at the plate
Deichmann swung at anything close.
Slaughter looked confused.
TCU prettt much stole on Papierski at will.
Papierskin and Breaux were liabilities at the plate.
To me this team looks like a 2 and Q team in Omaha.

And you are some expert commenting from the sideline? Commenting about people who you couldn't hold their jickstrap. Probably a nerd who talks about the games instead of playing like the players do. Nerdy Know Nothig Sports Bar Hero.

Except that Maryland isn't a weak team. We just lost 9-6 to the number 1 team in the country. We'll be fine.

Gezzus fellas!!! Lange was off.....its baseball! I'm more worried about the bullpen......but they weren't terrible tonight. I think it'll work itself out..........

Lange wasn't in total control and when you couple that with the umpire and a bigtime lineup you get what we saw tnite. It's 1 start it's early in the year and he got jobbed. I wouldn't read too much into it but you have a point we havnt looked great vs great teams in the last few years.

Its march 3 against the number 1 ranked team in baseball. Good lord some over reactions in this thread. Lange will get back on track. We have a really good team this year that has a shot

Maryland will not sniff the top 25 once ACC conference play begins.

I stand corrected (momentarily forgot about the realingnment) nonetheless, they will not be in the Top 25 once in a couple months of Big 10 play which is a far inferior conference to the aforementioned ACC
