Their players aren’t used to winning and they were pretty arrogant about it. The coach whined a little too much. People say he’s just defending his players or whatever, and he did some of that. But other times he was out there yelling and making a scene even when the call was pretty clear and there was no reason to cry about it.

But he also handled PMs comments with class and said he handled his players who were acting like babies when they struck out.

Those HR bat flips were super annoying. Primarily because it was a HR but again, also because it’s like they hadn’t hit one before. It’s not like it was a walk off. It was like the 9th HR in a 15 run game. A bit over the top. And in the big leagues them boys would have been pegged in the head their next bat up.

The coach though, besides some over the top yelling about clear calls that just didn’t go his way and some antics in the outfield like rolling himself into the player huddle, seems okay and he’s sure as hell coached them up.

Their fans can gth bc who cares. Idk why I’m supposed to like the other teams fans. But I hope they lose 2 quickly mainly because if he’s our guy, I want it to happen sooner than later. And whoever our coach is supposed to be, he almost certainly isn’t coming if he wins a Ship. So fingers crossed our future coach loses immediately and heads on into town.

Some of our more “refined” fans who enjoy huffing their own farts are trashing him already and will regardless because he doesn’t have the “decorum” these fine, high society LSU baseball fans expect. Apparently he’s also mean because Tennessee fans booed Maineri during the Supers, which was obviously orchestrated by Vitello before the series started (sarcasm)

I’d say it is almost entirely do to them pushing our shite in last weekend. If it had been Arkansas or Florida or any other team, the same shite would be posted right now. We may have the most “knowledgeable” fans in the country but we also have the biggest gaping vaginas of fans in the country.

Know how I know you weren't at the Box for the Regionals in 2001? VCU gave us all we could handle taking it to a third game. When we won that Sunday night, the fans started cheering louder and stayed on their feet after our Tigers took a Victory Lap.
The VCU players and coaches were standing there by the dugout, unsure why we were cheering so loud for them after the game. Then our players motioned to them to take a lap so we could give hi fives and words of encouragement for the way they competed and played their hearts out.

That's when the 'Victory Lap' for the other team started. So when we lost a tough super regional, we we manned up and did the same thing for the winners.

That's why we're different from the cocky shitheads in Knoxville; why we're the Best Fans in College Baseball.

Not sure, maybe he will mature in a few years. Maybe Skip will mentor him to an extent. I will still be a Tiger fan! He just reminds me of a youth ball/high school coach with all that drama.
