If LSU really wanted to make a boss move, they would send the FB equipment to 18-wheeler to college station to move Woodward’s office and home stuff. Talk about an Aggie melt! Hahahaha

Yeah this would be pretty tough. Good thing it’s not across the country.

You really think this is an issue for someone just hired to run the athletic department at LSU?? Good grief, this shouldn't be but a blink of an eye for him. I run a business not even 1/10th of what he is asked to do and this is not even complicated to me. He is good trust me

Do you think the first he heard of any interest from LSU was Tuesday...

When I accepted another job a few years back the company paid for my relocation. Didnt have to box anything up, pack anything in a uhaul, or take anything off a truck once they got to the new house. Gotta say, that’s definitely the way to go if you can throw that negotiating tool in there. Now we weren't in the middle of building a house but Im sure he did the same thing.

As far as his office, Im sure he boxed up his office himself. Theres no way Im just taking the word of someone that everything was boxed up. At least at your house you can make a final walkthrough to make sure they got everything.

I imagine LSU would send the LSU equipment 18 wheeler to move them when the time comes

It’s typically an easier rode to manage for a well compensated athletic director than a waterboy

Right, that’s what I’m saying. I’m sure LSU is paying for it, just does he put some clothes in a suitcase, grab his phone and laptop and jump on a plane? Or does he have to physically walk out of the Athletic Department with a cardboard box with his coffee mug and mounted bass and his family photos out to his car? Just wondering.
This kind of trivial stuff should not be of any concern and shouldn't be bothering you. It shouldn't even register as something to worry about.

But Hey, join the Tiger Rant Club. You're in the company of "Bored out of their Minds" LSU Pump Lumps with nothing to do and concerns that normal people don't even concern themselves with.

Who cares. He is at LSU and Alleva is not.

I'm not sure from a logistical standpoint, but Woodward isn't paying a dime for this. I'm certain LSU offered him a generous stipend for moving and all the necessary costs associated with it.

For some reason when I read this my mind immediately imagined Joe Alleva negotiating these details with Woodward. Then I remembered Joe Alleva only negotiates what his dinner will be now. And he sure as hell didn’t negotiate details surrounding his replacement.

And I smiled.

I know that in the coaching/athletic field this happens a lot, if not daily. If someone offered me a new job across the country, it would take me a while to just up and move, transfer the kids schools, etc. My biggest question is just how is it all done from a logistical standpoint.

It's a good time of the year to do all this stuff.

No he isn’t staying at tAMU. Dreams don’t come true for some of the personnel at LSU.
Don’t believe me? Look at Billy Kennedy. Twice been to the sweet 16, canned.
The baseball coach was on his last leg. He isn’t sweating anymore. I know that from first hand knowledge from a very connected ex TAMu HOF player for them.

I'm pretty sure Woodward had zero reason or need to step foot back in the aggie athletic offices. If he was on vacation last week, then I'm sure he took whatever personal items out before vacation. This move has been in the works for a good bit longer than 6 days.
