WHICH SOURCE?

I can not find a single SOS rating that has Alabama ahead of LSU.

So he dug and dug for one, doesnt mention which, but presents it as if its THE undisputed singular voice in schedule difficulty measurement.

Yeah....its a sneaky little move.

Lmao at Rece Davis
He just quoted a stat. He has LSU ranked ahead of Bama.

None of this matters much at this stage.

The problem is SOS though. Clemson's SOS is not comparable to the SEC or Big10. Neither is OU's.
Ohio State gets Wisc in 2wks. OSU has PSU, UofM and a tough championship opponent. The Big10 had awful SOS's in the past. Not this year IMO.

Herbstreit's speculation about the LSU-Bama loser is the only pertinent at this stage. Obviously if Clemson or OU lose, they're out. But odds are neither will lose. OSU faces challenges. Given one-loss in close games, who gets in, OSU/Wisc as a conference champ, or the Bama-LSU loser?

There are some very good teams this year. Most competitive in decades.

One problem with some strength of schedule rankings is that for top teams there is much more risk playing another top team.

Team A plays the #1 team and the #129 team (a great team and a terrible one)

Team B plays the #64 team and the #66 team (two average teams)

Both teams have played an average #65 team, but team A has a much better chance of having lost a game than team B and has played a tougher schedule.

Yep. Another "they don't think LSU is perfect and every other team is garbage and that hurts my feelings" whine fest.

Pollock fricked him up though. Idk why Ole David catches so much flack here. He’s all on our nuts and generally brings common sense to the table during these debates.

He's referencing facts, he openly says he has LSU ahead of Bama. Calm down.

Are you claiming there aren't a ton of SOS rankings with LSU above Alabama?

You mean opinion pieces before the season that are completely irrelevant?

And you just claimed you couldn't find a single one with Bama above LSU. I posted 2 current lists that update after each week of games and aren't subjective.

Of course Bama has a harder schedule, they had to play Duke and Tennessee

We played Texas and Florida

He was touting that source... and that source is pure horse-shite as to Bama's strength of schedule. And Rece adamantly shot down any discussion on it.

Rece is either too dumb to know that his source is BS, or he is lying to us through his teeth.

Either way, Rece deserves to be publicly roasted.

The media's sole purpose is to make you think that you have your own ideas and opinions when the reality is that those ideas and opinions are created by the ptb.

Who cares?

We lose to them, we don't make the playoff. Period.

They lose to us, they get in with the help of Bama alum, Rece Davis.

Deal with it.
