I get what hes saying. We played an FCS school and a bad FBS team and Vandy. But our 2 big wins are much more than anyone else has done

Not REALLY what he said. He did say he has LSU ranked higher than Bama.
He was talking about Strength of Record (which takes into account opponents record and opponents opponents, etc)
So, While he acknowledges that UT is better than anyone Bama beat...UT has 2 losses (that affects SOR)
I get that we LSU fans are often 'rabbit eared' for insults. But, that really wasn't an attempt at saying Bama played a "harder" schedule at all.

Media just trying to prop Bama up in case they drop a game so they can get in as a 1 loss team and skip the SEC title game. Pretty good formula to avoid an extra tough game.
