It's not the size of the city that matters. There's a thing called money.

Not to mention LSU located in BR is the flagship university in the Louisiana State University system. UALR is the second largest college in the UA system with a small enrollment of just around 8000. That falls about halfway between the enrollment numbers of LSU-A and LSU-S.

Can’t even take this comment seriously it’s so laughable. When UALR wins numerous CWS titles then I’ll consider them the same caliber. Heck if they ever make it out of a regional or even makes the field for years in a row I’ll start giving them attention.

For anyone who’s interested, go look at Little Rock’s baseball field. It’s absolutely insane when you compare what they have, to what a school like LSU has

This or a little bigger is the kind of stadium that many smaller schools, or even bigger schools that don’t care much about baseball, have.

My best friend used to run the scoreboard for Memphis games at FedExPark and we would go and get in for free. It’s not that much bigger and the same basic design with most of the seating behind home plate. They probably average a few hundred fans per game.

There are only a handful of schools outside of the SEC, ACC and Big 12 that have nice baseball stadiums that seat 5,000 or more.

STOP acting like that team last night was out of their league. Not a reason in the world they shouldn’t have the same caliber ball club as LSU. Hats off to them and their community.

I really can't tell if this post is trying to criticize or instead compliment the Little Rock baseball team.

Here is a better metric to gauge the difference between the clubs and how far they were playing out of their league: their coach makes around 6% of what LSU’s Johnson makes.

Duke University Basketball says hello and what point are you trying to make. Texas State is one of the biggest Universities in the country you know the one that TJ Finley started at. Are you saying the total population means that teams should be better at a given sport if it’s higher.
CBK please don’t schedule Hong Kong University or India University can you imagine how good their football teams are.

I appreciate the respect to Little Rock, but you must not follow the science of recruiting very well, do you? Your comment was a...miss.
