I just know kids can get injured doing that (and they are going to do it I promise you); it would be the absolute worst timing to have an injury going into Omaha.

Back when I was playing we would mix the mountain blast with the lemon lime and call it “winner juice.” It was green. As I’ve gotten older I’ve become more of an orange man myself. I think they all have suitable electrolytes as long as it’s Gatorade and not Powerade.

Last time I boiled some mud bugs at the house for the family I had a ton left over. I ate my usual 2 pounds, but neither of my sons like spicy food and my wife only eats a couple of pounds as well.
