I haven’t had a chance to listen and look into the claims, but if the summary by another poster is accurate, F’king will resign sooner rather than later.
Lipsey’s PI’s have found his skeletons, and the longer he attempts to cling to power the worse it will get for him. If he tries to fight it, he seriously could wind up in prison if that other poster is accurate and Lipsey’s claims are legit.

Basically, there’s a LSU-created medical software that allows the ease of sharing patient’s data across LSU clinics/hospitals
LSU wanted to commercialize the software and sell it to a wider market (other hospitals,clinics, etc). Instead of managing the licensing in-house, a few decided they wanted to run it through a non-profit.
The non-profit was founded by Frank Opelka and LSU BoS member Robert Yarborough and daughter of LSU BoS member James Moore are on the board for this non-profit.
There’s addititional details but essentially this was conducted without a vote by the LSU BoS violating bylaws, procedures, etc

I've known Richard Lipsey for 40 years. I worked for him at Steinberg's as a stupid 19 year old LSU student. Still calls me by name today. He is "good people". Kindness and intelligence, in spades.

It's the same thing he was doing at his previous school. A department head found out about it and was blackballed. Somewhere in my post history, there are links to all of this.
Do the research and you will find that Ponamsky is small potatoes compared to King.
