Why? It was abundantly clear in the 80s that the GOP was a more Conservative party than the dems?

Because of my parents... Both where Dems at the time, not anymore obviously.

My first election to vote I voted for Reagan in '84...

Only Dem I ever voted for was Breaux, and Edwards when he ran against Duke in the run off. I still think Edwards got Duke to run so he could split the vote away from Roemer.

I have a ton of friends I don’t agree with politically. Heck. One was JBE’s right hand man on his campaign. Doesn’t mean I wouldn’t support the guy.

Also, it’s probably good politics to network with your governor. I mean, I get along with some of my company’s VPs, doesn’t mean I actually like them like them.

Fairly certain that they were friends before CEO got the HC gig at LSU. With that being said, I'm not saying that you can't be friends with people who have differing opinions. That would be a terrible way to live. I'm just voicing the fact that this board wasn't always a fan of the fact that CEO & JBE are cool with one another.

I didn't process it until Trump said it -

A TD pass every quarter. FFS that's insane.

Wait, we averaged a TD every quarter or we threw 1 in every single quarter this season?

Did only 18 players go or was that all that could fit on stage?

Joe threw an average of 1 TD pass every quarter.

And averaged less than a half an interception per game (.4, so actually closer to 1/3 than 1/2).

That's all they could fit on stage. They all went. The rest were seated down front.

The average LSU player weighs like 255 - 2 more cats up there it would have been a mini 9/11

I’m sure not every player is a Trump fan. Just like the rest of the country, some probably think he’s great and some can’t stand him. But every one of them was respectful of the occasion and the office, regardless of their own political beliefs. They represented themselves, the team, and Louisiana with class. They even laughed at some of Trump’s questionable (funny) remarks lol. Thanks, guys, for another proud moment for Tiger fans everywhere!

Anyone know why Clyde wasn't present today? I didn't see him in any of the media released.

It occurred to them that the “jock tax” will be assessed once they go pro and get drafted by a liberal taxing state. California is 13%, New York is up there too.
