Absolutely. As long as JJ can verify those birth certificates

Dominican players don’t have to go to college, they go straight to the compound and then if they make it, they go to the majors.

You’re correct. I thought you do have to graduate high school as a us player.

Dominicans aren’t required to compete high school.

Maybe something has changed in the past 5 or so years
