Probably because he’s best at making the checks on the line but I agree, he’s a liability.

To single out one lineman is silly.
None are showing any competence in their craft.

I agree that the whole OL is awful but it’s easy to single out one when he is the center and on his arse 3 yards in the backfield on every single play.

Because we don't have another player on the team who can literally snap the football consistently.

Because we have no one that is better! Let that sink in! This OL is pathetic and probably one of the worse of all time! For that alone O should be fired!

He’s just a symptom of the bigger problem with the whole program currently. There’s no way we should ever have a Harvard level of talent starting on our line. Same with Edwards. Sorry Nichols CBs will never be SEC level.

The only positive is his snaps to Max are crisp on point. From that point forward...gets blown up regularly.
Seems a NG is there every play for a reason.

This. What made this sound like a good idea?

Yup, this is true! But we found out last night he has an incredible “soccer” flop!

Shanahan just isn’t talented enough to be starting.. but since he has started since last year.. that is an indicator of how poor LSU at OL talent.

To be built better than most All-Americans, Deculus is soft.. and when senior starters are soft.. this is what you get..
