Look..
I get that Texas has a legit running QB... big guy who can fall forward for first downs and potentially frustrate with his ability to pick up first downs around mid field... hell, he may even toss a TD maybe 2...
I do not take Texas for granted and think this is a guarantee wipe out win..
I posted prior to last game that the country isn’t ready. Hell, I am not sure half our fan base is ready..
This is a special group... Joe Burrow is the straw that stirs it all... he stays healthy and the sky is the limit. We haven’t had this kind of swagger in years, because we haven’t had a QB that everyone believes in...
Having said that... LSU is too much for Texas here... we have better athletes across the board.. this game will get outta hand... 31-10.... 37-10.... into the 4th..
They simply cannot score on us and they give up points too easily.
Texas is a strong top 15 team... maybe top 10..
But LSU is back... and when the tigers from the bayou are back... the talent and heart is basically too much to overcome. My score is 41-17
The train is coming. We have a QB who is angry and that our athletes love.
Bad combo for the country
What the media doesn’t realize... if LSU has a swagger on offense...they may be the best program year in and year out.
Let’s go boys.

The main thing that has me looking at Texas is just Herman. He has performed well in big games like these at Houston and Texas. Ehlinger is legit as well. But LSU has more talent on both sides of the ball both on starters and depth wise. We should roll them by 2-3 scores but you never know what could happen in CFB

I'll take it in a heartbeat! Hope you are correct sir!

I haven't seen a single media member ,on a single channel, or even written online ,say that Lsu won't win.
They all picked us, out of the 20 or so predictions I've seen, all Lsu.

Dam Guys! I want to believe as well but we beat fricking GA Southern. I think we have the talent at all positions but most of the homers act like we gonna steam roll everybody. With us playing in Austin i believe UT will be ready and will probably be close. Im hoping just for a win but acting like our offense is unstoppable against anyone is being a little naive especially against a team from the big 12 where they see spread offense every week. LSU 34-24

I understand, but this is different. We (the offense) looked different. The new coaches have been working their asses off with the offense and it showed. Everything you hear from every single LSU player and coach was proven on the field Saturday. Joe said "We're gonna score 40, 50, 60" and they did.
I think it was Grant Delpit who said that the offense started winning scrimmages in practice, and that was when he knew they had something. Let that sink in - the offense has been winning scrimmages against THIS defense.
LSU has always had the defense, now we got the offense too and its gonna be amazing to watch.

This one won’t be close. LSU really won’t be tested until Alabama, but even then they are down this year.

You don't want to take Texas for granted, but you're predicting a 23 point win in Austin? Lol.

I’ve heard several on ESPNU Radio go with Texas.

If this game is a nail biter right down to the final minute, this fan base will come unglued. Overconfidence is running amuck. An underachieving win will send all the couch couches back to the keyboards to start worrying about Florida and Bama.
