I dont even know if you can say Nuss is a better asking qb than JD5 and he damn sure isn't a better running qb. JD5 threw for 40 tds and ran for another 11 and that's with lsu ranking 107th in opponents time of possession and 100+ in defensive takeaways. Just think what his numbers would've been of the defense gave him a few more possessions or could get off the field on 3rd down.

Nuss is a good college QB as o today with some obvious flaws. He may even be better as a junior than Jayden was as a junior. But There’s not a got dam thing Nuss does better on a football field, NOTHING, than the end version of JD5. ZEE-ROE

I like Nuss and always have, but that won’t get it, not when you provide zero with your legs and throw a dozen interceptions on the season.

I think Nuss has a chance to make a big leap in completion percentage and reducing turnovers, but if he doesn’t, then next season will be another disappointment. Hopefully we start with a better running game so he doesn’t have to sling it on 65% of our plays.

His completion percentage is shite.
Nuss completed 65% of his passes this year.

Joes first year starting he completed 58% of his passes on 146 less attempts than Nuss had.

Jayden's first year starting he completed 61% of his passes on 187 less attempts. First year here, 4th year starting he completed 68% of his passes on 138 less pass attempts.

If you don't like the kid- fine, but don't just lie.

Umm
What? Joe flexed on Vandy with the 5 TDs celebration, he waved goodbye to Texas fans, he pointed at his ring finger in the Natty with like 10 min left.

Jayden hit a heisman pose against Florida.

Again- just don't lie.

So you are saying Nuss is by far better than a Heisman trophy winning QB that is also pretty much a lock to win the ROTY award in the NFL?? And took a shite franchise and made them a playoff team in year 1?

Buddy what kinda drugs are you on?

You must have forgotten the number of times JB9 flexed on the field. I like a college QB with a little swagger, LSU used to bring a ton of swagger to the field. It’s no accident many of the ones showing emotion on the field are our better players (Weeks and Swinson come to mind).

What an idiot.

if Anderson catches the TD pass and we hit the FG and Extra point, we'd be talking about how Nuss lead the team to a blowout win.

His interception was to a Defensive End who dropped in coverage. The guy is usually not going to be there and he made a good catch on the ball.

I expect Nuss is going to be pretty awesome next year. Possible Heisman NY invitee

Yea this is crazy. Nuss is 100 PER CENT a leading candidate for Heisman and a FIRST round pick and you guys got nothing better to do than attack this guy on completions %. I vividly recall two dropped by AA in the end zone. Plenty more should have been caught annd he was missing his best targets to the pros or transfer portal. And how many points did we score despite this low percentage. But you attack the BEST part of our game. Did you watch our defense?
