Honestly I think he may retire and just come to a settlement with the school to walk away. People forget he was talking about retirement at Notre Dame. We happened to offer him a giant pile of cash that he couldn’t pas up.So if next year goes up in flames, he may be out of cards to play and f’s to give and exit stage right like Saban. He could be good on TV.

Ole Piss is losing 20 starters across all 3 units and most importantly their QB. That awesome DLine, all gone. Ole Piss will be taking a noticeable step back talent wise. They may go 9-3 again but we won't be one of the 9. Bama will be breaking in a new qb and most importantly, one that can't run like Milroe. I'm more worried about Florida. Clemson will be hard but doable. This should be a 10-2 team, if not better.

I wouldn't bet on that. I rarely if ever agree with Finebaum, but his assessment that Kelly is "out of mulligans" is dead on.

Well, right now all we can do is cope.
I'm old enough to remember when Miles hired Gary Crowton. All the other fans told us to expect a fantastic first year, then declined performance every season. I myself thought "no way with the talent Louisiana churns out, there are playmakers everywhere and Miles recruits well". Only for them to be right.
