Diego Pavia with the extra years to play in college but not this 5 year ruling which opened the door to players that already left college. Diego had a legitimate concern because he was not cut out for the NFL. Never drafted.

Nah.....CFB started to nose dive after Justin Fields whined about fake racism at UGA so he could transfer to Ohio St. and play right away. That started the transfer without sit situation we have now and then the NIL courtcase happened and all hell broke loose.

Well, to be technical, lawyers for Ed O’Bannon really opened this Pandora’s Box years ago, along with the judge who ruled in their favor.
If we don’t have any NIL, I highly doubt this 5 for 5 issue is as big as it is.
