And this is why it will take some extraordinary events for us to beat them this year.

Line and peripheral blockers (H-backs) do NOT favor us this year.

Not really. Just good schemes and execution in the passing game that force them to cover/respect the pass. Moving the pocket and using the tight ends and slot WRs on play action instead of always throwing deep down the sidelines off play action.

Bama isn't unbeatable. LSU has a chance. Does Bama have better personnel? At most positions, yes. Can LSU win some matchups if Canada is able to exploit Bama's aggressive LBs and run supporting DBs? Yes.

Etling MUST throw the ball accurately and on time. This is LSU's problem. Etling will not be able to grind his way through this one holding the ball and scrambling for 6 yards on 3rd and medium. Bama will knock him out of the game unless he can throw accurately into the holes vacated by LBs and safeties. We will see.

There’s a large majority here that don’t even know what “The Box” actually is

Pretty sure they will. LSU has had lots of success this year running it outside the tackles and we can have that same success against Bama. Yes, the Bama defense is fast, no doubt about that, but the jet sweep, screens and short passes to the RB on the edge will help to keep them honest. If they open up and start playing a little wider, then I believe Guice can get some yardage.

I really believe we are going to have some success running the ball. Canada has adjusted and changed from the power game to a more movement and cutback style attack. If you notice those big runs they were either on the corner or designed cutback lanes. Our guys weren't mauling people they were letting guys come then shielding them off and it created some giant gaps around the tackle areas. Don't be surprised if Canada schemes up some big plays in this game. Just look at the improvement and progression we've had since O has gotten out of Canada's way.

Show me a screenshot, or better yet multiple right before a play, of Alabama having one or both safetys in the box.

That’s not how Bama does it. They had both safeties back. On the snap one would sell out for the run. It prevents us being able to audibleto beat the single safety high. Bama did not do this all the time, but I would guess they did it half the time we had a run down.

Because thats what it takes to beat Bama? That's why they've lost 13 games in 9 1/2 seasons, because they've only faced 13 teams thay have good passing schemes and execution? '15 Clemson, '12 Georgia, '09 Florida, '16 Washington; all those didn't have good schemes and execution in the passing game?
Yes, it will take something extraordinary to beat Bama because you very nearly have to have at least good schemes and execution (which means winning individual matchups) in every aspect of every phase of the game. That is extraordinary. On those rare occasions where that is not needed, it is because someone got a transcendent performance from an extraordinary player (Manziel), or Bama just played tremendously below their norm (Ole Miss in '14 & '15). Both of those are also extraordinary events.

LSU has managed to pull off those extraordinary events before, more often than anyone else. We can pull it off again, but it will take significantly more than simply "good schemes and execution in the passing game".

You are a fricking retard and proves OPs point. Just because 9 or 10 are "selling out on the run" doesn't mean they are stacking the box.

I honestly don't even think a lot of you even know what stacking the box means. You see a 2 yard run and go "stop running on a stacked box you stupid fricks!"

This is undoubtedly true.
