LMAO at jawja...he is one of the worst on here. Miles led us away. JAWJA started getting rattled at those three straight top 5 finishes...following the flop of a season nick left with us in 2004. Yep we were elite in 2004. Saban had one really good year at lsu.....the team dropped in 2004....and miles brought them back up to three straight top 5 finishes (saban had one), and 4 bowl wins and 4 top 17 finishes in 5 years.....yeah, he completely destoryed his credibility. You are a serious prick on here, and an idiot....but I hope you are man enough to admit that you were wrong, but somehow I doubt that.

Believe it or not, I really was a Miles fan. 2 unnecessary losses and some dumbness in 07 shook my confidence a tad, but the MNC kept me on board. Malveto in '08 and LSU's general performance really started shaking the confidence foundations for me. Then '09 came and that was it. I see a pattern, a trend, I look back to CLM's tenure at OK State. I see LSU being molded in his image. I don't see that image as being one of the elites. We were there. He has led us away.

LSU and GA are not joined at the hip. We are at different points in our football programs with different histories and directions.
Let's be honest, if Nick Saban hadn't rolled through town and there were no National Championships, this board would have a completely different tone. GA just hasn't been to the Mountain Top.
