I like that Les can go out on his own terms. Hopefully he makes them respectable.

So it turns out it was exactly what we thought, eh Delly??

Congratulations to Coach Miles and to the Kansas football family.

You are and will continue to be missed Coach. Wish you nothing but the best for your curtain call. Have fun, we know you will

He doesn’t go out on his own terms if he doesn’t win enough. He and his athletic director will be gone if he doesn’t win. If they’re spending decent money on Les Miles, they’re gonna expect wins.

Traditionally, Kansas is a difficult job. For every Glen Mason and Mark Mangino, there are 10 variations of David Beaty and Charlie Weis. An Orange Bowl trip after the ‘07 season is the extreme outlier, not the mean.

I wish him well but I also won’t be surprised if about two or three years into this he wonders what he took on and just doesn’t mail it in. Kinda like his last two or three years at LSU.

Les will have multiple bowl wins in Lawrence. You heard it here first.

Despite what all you dumbasses think, the man knows how to run a football program.

Same here.

Went to KU for 2 years. I’ll be making a trip to Lawrence next fall to watch his team wearing some purple and gold.

Nah, Kansas is a basketball school. If Les can rustle up interest in football around there and play around .500 ball, he’ll be there as long as he wants.
