Just win baby...I think we have found a qb. Let's run the table now.

The first half was so exciting I drank my quota for the game up by halftime...

I guess we will just have to agree to disagree. I saw a team that came out in the 2nd half and just wanted to run out the clock. This is our coaches philosophy and he will never change. If we were losing by 20 points to start the 2nd half I don't think we would have the same play calling. I agree we had turnovers and holding calls that stopped drives, but that's what happens when your conservative. You have to be perfect or the drive stalls.

Who do you guys think players feed off of? Have you never played a lick of team sports?

Love it when people go this route lol.

I have, have you? Ive played for coaches I like and coaches i hated, my intensity was up to me regardless.
Did you play like a needy bitch if your coach didn't tug on your heart strings constantly? Because that's what it sounds like, if you indeed "played a lick of team sports" like you claim.

Yes coaches can help by being inspirational, which id think miles attempted at half like he always does. Players can feed off of each other, or get down off of each other regardless of the coach or approach.

Bottom line we were up 23-6 in the 4th quarter and Fournette fumbles on a 4th down run deep in their territory.. Had nothing to do with effort. We score and put that game away if he doesn't.
He also fumbled at mid field earlier in the second half negating a likely scoring drive.

^ you don't think those 2 plays can have a negative effect on team energy, similar to how long TDs runs boosts it?

They can't Bc he didn't. It's just a reflexive criticism they must spew regardless of what actually happened. And I'm not a Les lover, but I'm not going to criticize him for things that didn't happen.

Victory isn't achieved until the clock bits 0:00. I still have flashes of 2005 when Tennessee came back from 21 down in Death Valley.

I don't,and I never will. Even though there were turnovers and awful calls, the play calling still felt really familiar.

I thought they stayed aggressive in the second half but missed on some plays, had a couple fumbles, and Miss State recovered and onside kick.

It is possible to take your foot off the gas if it was never there. Les was not driving the offense. Cam was!

You may not be old enough to remember the NC chsmpionship game vs OU in 2004 - Sabam truly took his foot off the gas in that game and turned a blowout win into a nail-biter that required an overthrow in the end some by OU to prevent overtime.

That's not how it happened.

This is what actually happened, but the Rant has certain narratives already prepared that must be used regardless of what actually happened.

You'll have to wait for all the idiotic rantards to change their training tampons before they get back with you. The ScoreBoard was the most ridiculous place I've ever seen last night.

Yeah had people over and was drinking and not paying close attention and missed a few things for sure. My buddy is a Bama fan (yeah I know) so we were giving each other shite and having fun. I can easily over react to an LSU game.
