Or the strength of Bama's defense. Or both, in that game. Adjustments could of been made. I agree.

His own arrogance caused him to miss out on a 2nd National Title. Ego can be bad thing

We're talking about a particular game that occurred on a particular date. In that game, LSU's coach was badly outwitted and out-gameplanned and out-prepared and just plain out-caiched. There's no arguing about that. It's what happened. As a rational LSU fan, I'm certainly not going to conclude that being snookered by our hated rival in a championship is something to be proud of, or happy about, am I? No. Because it's not. It's disturbing and disappointing. If anything in the realm of LSU football warrants any emotion whatsoever, then losing the NC and a chance at a historical undefeated season in New Orleans to an SEC rival in an embarrassing fashion due to poor coaching and poor execution certainly merits some anger. There is nothing wrong with that reaction. It's sane. The game occurred eight days ago, not eight months ago or eight years ago, so naturally the anger is still fresh.

these are all fair statements but that game on Jan 9th shouldn't erase the fact that miles beat saban in their prior two meetings.

Jan 9th stings like bitch, but perpsective shouldn't be lost. for most it's hard to find and others probably never had it to begin with.

well that's my hope too. venting is one thing but damn, some people act like they'll never be happy unless miles is gone. like it's either NC or fired.

It doesn't worry y'all that he didn't see the warning signs against Arky and UGA?

yeah i'm all for pushing for excellence but within reason 13-1 in the sec today is still pretty special.most people tend to forget that 2012 was really supposed to be our year,a NC in 11 would have been gravy

Nothing to do with Bama's defense . It was the incompetent of the staff to come up with the capabilities to make something happen.

Both have a national championship, are eccentric, and at probably not given the respect deserve. Both were known for running the ball and being conservative.

Eta: it is not a bad thing, but you can not deny there are similarities. Now bring on everyone to show 1,000 differences.

He doesn't need to explain anything to me. You must have me confused with someone else. I just think 92 yards of offense is funny.
