man you are dumb, what kind of evidence could Miles have?

you think he can prove it happened, even if it did happen? outside of a confession from nick or greg or anyone else involved, there is no proof. You think Miles had the entire superdome bugged and could provide video or audio of said meetings?

Apparently he had enough evidence to scrap an entire months worth of practices and the plays that were put in during those practices.

He must of had something concrete to do something that drastic.

And you call me dumb?

OK......but has no proof.

What does he tell the media?

"Well, I know Gregg Williams let Alabama know our gameplan, so we had to scrap that the last minute."

He'd be a dead man in coaching circles and amongst the public.

You laugh this off as if accusations aren't some big thing, but as a Bama fan....I understand what you are....I expected this type of backlash from you guys.

Nope. He said fanbase. Like the LSU fanbase would actually turn on Miles for exposing his nemesis (and the most hated man in LA) for cheating. Goddamn some of you are delusional.

Its amazing how blatant they cheat, yet the fans wont even acknowledge it. Hell if my team was cheating, winning and getting away with it all....i'd be rubbing it in the faces of the other teams. Gumps deny it because they are pure, they just win because they are superior and dont need to cheat.

Think they found out that the gameplan was compromised and Miles scurried to change some things beforehand?

Hell, to most neutral fans, Bama looked like the better team in the first meeting...

I agree that Bama was a HELL of a lot better the 2nd time.

BUT...LSU was better the first time in Bama's house. LSU ran for about 150 while holding Bama to under 100 rushing. Bama had more passing yards and had like 55 more total yards for the game.

But Bama made it into the red zone once at the 17 while LSU made it to the red zone three times (Bama 2-yard line and to the 8-yard line in OT). LSU got stronger as the game went on and Bama was lucky LSU ran out of time before half and then stepped out in OT on the way to the end zone.

Bama did miss those easy 50+ yard FGs though...

So Smart acknowledges that LSU ran completely different things but they were able to adjust to them instantly?

Not sure I'd treat this as evidence that they didn't have some info about what was coming....

Not so much completely different plays, more just out of formations that they hadn't seen. Apparently they adjusted well. Again, take it for what it's worth. Which isn't a whole lot.

Accusations are absolutely a big thing, but without evidence they are pointless.

Why hasn't Miles requested an informal investigation with the SEC? He wouldn't even have to name names. All he would have to say is that he has reason to believe someone taped their practices during the week of the BCSNC. It's done all the time by coaches and you don't see them being ostracized for it.

I'll say. Again, I think this is evidence that they DID know what was coming. So, LSU ran similar plays out of totally different formations, and college players were able to recognize and adjust on the fly? Nahhh

Not to mention that Saban has historically been totally stubborn when it comes to making in-game adjustments.

LOL I remember laughing at the OU fans bitching that LSU coaches were in on the OU practices back in 2003. Really makes me wonder now.

maybe it was word of mouth, you think that's enough evidence to make such big accusations?

yea, real dumb. The problem is, even if it did happen and miles somehow found out about it. There is no way he could come out and say it unless he had some really concrete evidence. It would make him look like the biggest cry baby sore loser in the history of sports.
