Texas Tech just signed a former free agent pro player Castellanos. Apparently none of this affects them.

This is what I’ve been screaming. People keep yelling “well they signed an nfl contract” but it’s like choosing which criminals crime was the lesser of the two and who fricking decides that.

The main take away is that a judge could put defined protections in place for these players.
