Clark says he is waiting to see what Arizona St qb does. That's dumb he would have the jump on him. He can't play till into the season

Clark knows he’s a QB2 at lsu. Idk why some of yall think he’s a QB1 or even wanting to be one this year. He’s said he doesn’t mind going and being a backup in a good program. If anything he’d rather Leavitt be the QB over Longstreet due to Leavitt likely going pro after next year

Maybe the team he just visited is about to play in the national championship and LSU just went 7-6?

And maybe the team he just visited that is about to play in the NCG has an solid, established coach and the LSU team the just went 7-6 fired their coach midseason and hired Lane Kiffin. Let that sink in.

I mean he's not wrong yet on this. He said he would announce LSU tomorrow. I am not sure if that meant Sunday or Monday.

And Kiffin is adding a stable of quality receivers, it's crazy to me even Clark hasn't committed yet.
Kiffin hasn't added a stable of quality OL's.

Maybe Leavitt is contemplating if he wants to come in here, rehab the foot, then get destroyed behind another shiteshow OL. (Just like Nussmeier did)

I promise yall, that's one of the things he's considering. (Besides the $$$$)

What are Wolford and Cregg doing? WE haven't signed shite OL yet. (Yeah, I know the OL's that have committed) They're depth and practice squad caliber.

GO HOOSIERS!

Does anybody actually believe that Texas Tech is a better deal than LSU , no way , I live about two hours from Lubbock but I grew up in Baton Rouge and there’s no comparison whatsoever

Read “ Outcomes of Lisfran Injuries in College Football Players.” His chances of being ready to go by fall camp are good and while there may a mild drop in performance, he should be playing at a high level. Interestingly studies have shown that injuries that occur early in college careers are the ones that are more likely to cause some limitations.

Miami’s position today and LSU’s position today doesn’t matter come the morning after the championship game.

It will be two brand new teams in 2 weeks lol

It’s insane to me that LSU has no quarterback and Lane Kiffin is the Coach and Leavitt is still thinking about it lol.

WTF is there to think about?

Dude, LSU basically did a 180 on Leavitt mid-visit. Some guys would've closed the door on LSU after that.

We're lucky he decided to give us a second chance.

Their QB last year went first overall and they’re playing for a Natty in a week.

A lis-franc fracture is a devastating injury probably worse than a knee injury requiring surgery.

I don't think he had a fracture. My understanding is it was a ligament tear. Still severe, but not as bad as a fracture and tear.

I agree there are unknowns, heal time, rehab, setbacks, pain tolerance, lingering issue. A lot of doubt to overcome.

He will definitely miss spring practice and may not play in September.

Not to mention his future. He will be paid even if he sits most of next year.

If he thinks he’s an NFL QB then he will do exactly what Nuss did. Give it a go then sit to “recover” $5+ mil richer. Better off to go for someone who will play the full season and go 8-4 but have a future with rather than 4-1 with and sits the rest of the year due to pain.

So Lane Kiffin and his staff just led LSU to a 7-6 record and not BK?

Money is setting them up financially for the future. It’s really simple, you act like you wouldn’t play in Lubbock over Baton Rouge for 1 year for an extra $500k.

Bet you 8 out of 10 won't have $50k of that extra $500K 24 months after they sign. Tax at 40% (of course TX has no state income tax so that saves 6%). Dealing with athletes for 20 years in another field but they don't understand money, don't want to take advice from their advisors, and are typically all about showing the cash. And of course bragging about how much NIL they got. This has not been good for many, many student
