Lane Kiffin has a top 4 roster in the conference this year and already has two loses before Halloween and will probably finish with two more. Everybody would be screaming for him to leave town if he did this at LSU.

He had a 10-win season last year at Ole Miss and beat LSU.
Without a play-of-a-lifetime by Nuss on 4th down, he would have beaten LSU at night in Tiger Stadium.
Not sure how it’s a retarded take to think the guy has done an excellent job at Ole Miss.
I’m not going to sink to calling names, although using Jeopardy references would be an easy target.

I think a good comparison between Coach Kelly and Coach Kiffin would be an old school parent vs a new school one. Kelly is building a program through high expectations and discipline while kiffin lets his kids do what they want to keep the superstars happy and never instills any discipline in them.
Give me Kelly over Lane any day. This argument is retarded, much like this thread

I kinda agree with what most people in this thread are saying...I think as a head man, he is closer to Oakland Raders/UT/USC LK than he is Nick Saban (who he looks like he tries to emulate). Look, he is a very sharp offensive mind, heck probably one of the best, but I think sometimes too cool for school, tries to get a little too cute, whatever. And roster building style is perhaps a product of his current environment, but I dont think that is the path here. I may be missing the mark, but I don't know that I would be terribly confident with him runningthe show here.

Yeah, after the LSU loss - the folks that went all in and helped pay for the haul this past year were not too Happy. It will be much harder to get them to do it again.
