I know how you feel brother. My dad passed in 2018. I wish he could have seen Joe Burreaux and the greatest season ever. I will pray for you. God Bless!

Sorry for your loss buddy.
Been there and there’s not a day that goes by where I don’t miss my dad.
Hang in there man.
Prayers and strength to you and your family.

You've been dealing with quite a bit of pain of late, and I wish you continued strength as you work through it. I only know you through your posts, and you're one of the good ones around here. God bless you and your family. Be your father's legacy.

Sorry for your loss man. My dad was also a big tiger fan. He got to see the 2019 championship season then 3 months later was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Last game we watched together was the 2021 ucla game. I had to hold up an ipad on his stomach while he was in his hospice bed. He died a few days later. Such a shitty game to go out on. But at least he got to witness the greatest college football team of all time. I guess theres some comfort in that

So very sorry to hear of your father’s passing. I lost mine, age 100, five years ago in July. We shared a love of sports and music, and he taught me how to dance. I certainly understand how you feel. Keep your memories close in your heart.

Jim I don't know if this will help, just wanted to tell you how I deal with it.
My dad and I (along with countless other posters here) attended games for decades, it feels strange to go to more games without them.
My dad didn't get to physically see Burrow and the 2019 team but I have no doubt he was watching. He for sure was watching along with the baseball team.
It's still hard for me to watch the games without him but I think he's sitting right here with me watching and if not, he's looking down at his beloved Tigers.
I'm sure your dad is right there too.
Keep the faith man. Love you buddy.
