The only changes I saw last year in the offense was that Ensminger changed the blocking schemes to more zone blocking which is actually a more simplified blocking scheme than what they had been doin
we have been running a zone blocking scheme since grimes got here?
youre just spouting random shite.
at no time since grimes has been here have we run a man blocking scheme.

Alabama had a a linebacker not too long ago named Reuben "Radio" Foster. He was borderline retarded and played ILB, a position that requires a complex understanding of the defensive scheme.
Don't forget about Eddie Lacy too.

Yea man. I would resort to personal attacks if my position got shot to shite too.

Is that the student body or just players? And where does this info come from?
Student body. They don't release "just athlete" scores for obvious reasons. All colleges, with a few exceptions, have a certain number of "freebies" for athletes where their scores are calculated much differently. Again for obvious reasons.

Maybe he concentrated ALL his efforts learning football....

I don't think my argument is weak at all...and just because you said it's weak doesn't make it so...

You just keep going down the rabbit hole.

No I'm not....maybe the blocking isn't there because the WR's that are supposed to help block have no idea where they are supposed to be...
Posted on 10/3/17 at 4:51 pm to Rickdaddy4188
and for the record in no way is a zone blocking scheme considered simpler.
good god

How would you know the difference between a man scheme and a zone scheme? I mean you live at you mom's house and hang out in your room all day long playing X box - right? Oh wait.... I got it, Hannigriff told you the difference and it was backed up by Moscona

That's just it...LSU rarely does call that play....and when they do...no one is there to help block
That's probably why they rarely call it...no one knows where to be for that play to work...
Remember the pass to Ducre....he caught the ball and got thrown for a loss....
I think it doesn't work for LSU because they need tight ends to help with pass protection instead of helping block for screen passes

I forgot to include the last part of Malone's statement:
Malone: "I feel like a lot of the guys don't know the offense yet."
Reporter: "Any Idea why that is?"
Malone: "I don't know. It's the easiest offense I've ever learned."
How do you explain that one away jack arse?

The idea of zone blocking schemes now illicit violent physiological responses in me now.
And no... definitely not simple.
