KJ Jefferson is NOT as good as we made him out to be.

Yes he avoided the rush. Any mobile QB will be able to do that (see Jordan Travis for exhibit A), but he was throwing to WIDE OPEN receivers all night. Our coverage was shite. Go watch the BYU game from last week and tell me again how good KJ Jefferson is. He’s average. Jaxson Dart is also mobile and average and he’s going to light us up next week and then you can all talk about how good he is too.

It’s Lou Tepper all over again. Every QB we played was the player of week.

He’s average is what I am saying. He did not make any really difficult throws last night. He was throwing to wide open guys bc our coverage sucks.

Disagree. His body of work in the SEC states otherwise. Very good college QB.

KJ is probably better but Dart will have just as much success next week as KJ had this week bc our defense is horrible.

Our coverage sucking doesn’t make KJ average.

He was brilliant in manipulating the pocket/rush and hitting his guys.

KJ was throwing to wide open receivers, partly because he had so much time to throw. Him stepping up into the pocket bought him all the time in the world.

He's definitely a gamer and hard to bring down. Can't argue that. I came away impressed.

So Jordan Travis is great, KJ Jefferson is great etc. Any QB that can avoid our rush and throw to wide open receivers is great. Got it. Thanks.

He did make some bad throws. Especially that INT that was not only into coverage but also like 7 yards short

No one is saying our secondary is full or All-Americans and only got toasted because of KJ. I’m just saying you shouldn’t shite on that dude just because he had a good game picking apart our weakness.

Jeez, it’s not all or nothing. The truth is in the middle.

I’m not saying we don’t have issues in the secondary, we definitely do, but Rogers threw for 487 yards this weekend. He only had over 103 against LSU. KJ played great, give credit where credits is due.

We hear what you’re saying; you’re just wrong. KJ Jefferson is a very good college QB. He did have a lot of wide open receivers, but he also hit a lot of very tight windows.

I have a buddy who evaluates the way you do. Every team sucks. He looks at the top 10 and thinks seven of them have no business being there. Okay then, what is your top 10? So I ask you, name two dozen good college QBs. You can’t. You probably can’t name six unless you start dropping names of QBs from other regions that are not as good as Jefferson.

He's a 250 lb freak that's hard to bring down. He's legit the third best qb in the SEC.

Their run game is hard to stop with him back there.

Actually, both are damn good college Quarterbacks. There might only be a handful better in all of college football.

Ridiculous. Go back and watch playbacks of Lou Tepper coached games. The worst performances this year (last night & FSU) don't bear any resemblance to the schematic flaws of the Tepper era.

Our defense is not very good; however, Jefferson will not last past the second round in the draft and could go in the first.
