Personally, I admire her intensity and love for the game.

I definitely agree 100%. As busy as a college coach can be, she takes as many opportunities she possibly can to support her son.

The board loves her.
We just hate how Everytime Kramer breathes, ESPN cuts to his mom. Not her fault whatsoever.
I think it's great that she's at every game cheering her son on. shite I know for a fact that if my kid suited up for the purple and gold, I'd be at every single game too.

Has he been around? I don't recall hearing about him at any games at all, though he could be sitting somewhere where the cameras can't find him.

He was hitting the ball hard. That’s baseball. You keep hitting it hard, you’re going to find those holes. Don’t lose your confidence. Keep doing what you do in the field and be a good leader; be happy that your team is winning and it’ll come around. It did yesterday. It’s a sport of failure, but your team’s winning. You’re playing for the national championship, and you’re a big part of this team whether you’re going 1 for 18 or 15 for 18. Just keep doing what you’ve been taught to do.

The biggest mistake La Tech ever made was going cheap and not giving her what she wanted and honestly earned. Now look at their ladies basketball program.

Did not matter who the coach was - the money dump by the major conference schools into WBB doomed the programs at schools like ODU and LaTech.

I think that Tech WBB was independent at one time - shoulda never moved into a conference if they wanted WBB to remain a priority.

Yes, Louisiana Tech hired the Alabama consultant who advised them on how to claim a national championship in football.
Boom!
Done.

A: Makenzie (her daughter) played for me, so I got to hug her neck on that national championship floor and cut that net down. Kramer was there with us. Now he gets a chance to win his own national championship. His father won a national championship at Louisiana Tech as a quarterback. He has an opportunity to (do) something that three of us in the family have done. We pick on him all the time: ‘When are you going to win a national championship?’ If he gets to do that, how many families are blessed enough to say everyone has had a chance to win one in their respective sports?

WOW !

Take that Manning family !

Well, you can book one ting "for sure" (comprehend?), she won't be crying about the umpire or a bad call like some MI football coach we've seen make a complete and literal arse of himself on and off the field.

Go back in your hole plebe.

They "share" the 1973 title, as top-ranked Tennessee State declined the playoffs because they would have had several players ineligible due to a redshirt rule. After Tech won the NCAA championship, the AP still voted Tennessee State No. 1 in their poll.
