Coach is playing the long game- SHe does not have the bench she had last year but she is the best at what she does. She has to coach different this year and that mean getting ready for playoffs. She will lose a game here and there but she has to mold these ladies into a team. Right now they are think they can win the game alone.

The bad news is she KNOWS her rotation is only 7 and the 8th is a stretch- She has to let her top 7 learn that the ONLY way they will win in the playoffs is to play TEAM ball.

So yes, last play of the Auburn game was a teaching lesson. You many not like it but Kim has forgotten more about coaching women's basketball than any of us know.

No one at all should ever worry about the LSU women’s team. We won a title in year 2! The lady knows what she is doing.

It’s hard to repeat and we aren’t even out of it. Just relax and let the lady cook.

Same thing that happens with baseball that people bitch about every single year.

Agree

I don’t know anything about WBB

But it’s clear to me

That she uses the regular season to prepare and grow a team to be successful in the tournament

And win Championships!

Van Lith really needs to do some cardio then I think they’ll be ok.

Kim is great at spotting the teams strengths and weaknesses and making the best of them. I think she is so good at getting into those kids heads and getting them psychologically prepared. I do not doubt her for one minute.

Just curious as I don’t really keep up with womens bball but how come Mulkey coming off a Natty doesn’t have a true PG?

I’m not sure they don’t have the most talent in their starting 5 of anyone. They have to play together better. The A&M game you saw more unselfish play. More assists. If they will play that way they will be fine. Del Rosario has to give more minutes.

You’re saying when she loses, it’s ok. When other coaches do, they’re fired.

Well they better get their sh*t together. South Carolina comes to BR in 10 days…and it will be a beat down if they don’t clean up some of this stuff.

There is exactly one team undefeated in WBB. S Carolina. A 16-2 record is very good. And we have one of the best to ever do it coaching our team. I hate losses as much as anyone but it’s far from time to be worried about this team. Put together a couple more losses then I’ll start to be concerned.

It may be a beat down no one wants to see when SC comes to town but we will see them again in the SEC tournament and again in the playoffs. Think long term. This team has some minorissues and a realivevly thin bench.
