So where you put polian ? Weakest link but stuck to his hip. Just feel SP screws l

I’m willing to give Polian another year. #1 because he’s a great recruiter. #2 because I want to see if anything changes on special teams with a full roster.

I think we have House at least another year or two. If his defenses keep performing like they have he will get looks good be a head coach soon.

Special teams have improved since those early season disasters.

Hallmark of Saban's career is his legacy of assistants. People can call Saban many things, but poor at recognizing coaching talent is not one of them.

That would suck but i trust Coach Kelly. Dude knows how to run a football program and he will hire a great replacement if it comes to that. Id like to keep House a bit longer but i have faith that we will keep this program going in the right direction no matter the assistants.

Nah he won't leaving after 1 season. Maybe 2-3.
Remember he got offered the Tenn DC a year earlier and turned it down to stay at KC.
Perhaps he's not one to immediately jump ship.
And BKs last 3 DC hires, house, Marcus freeman, and Elko. Id say he's pretty good at back filling.

At least it's the one I was most excited about.

I'm in agreement. People underestimate how many top athletes LSU had running on routine special teams plays when they had a full roster and depth chart. Seems like a lot of walk-ons are running special teams these days.

Matt House came to LSU because he wants to be a college head coach. He may get that opportunity this off-season but I think he comes back for one more year.
