The energy was lacking. Truth is guys the team is just flat worn out. A lack of depth, young players and those not used to SEC ball. Coach has gotten a lot from them but not much gas is left in the tank. Next year will be better.

I don’t see it. The secondary will have to be rebuilt again

Offense will return everyone but Kayshon and Jenkins. Defense will be solid, but they’ll all be playing together with another year in the system and new talent incoming.

It started at Arkansas. I really feel that the lack of depth has been showing since the Bama win.

Best take I've seen since the game ended. A storybook run to a conference title and playoff spot was fun to root for, but reality showed up last night and likely will in Atl as well.

Team really took their coaching well this season, but depth and youth caught up.

Lack of depth is a very reasonable theory for providing an explanation.

We know who will win the game next week. Let's see how LSU does in its Bowl Game.

Pretty obvious that LSU peaked in the Alabama game. Not enough bodies on this team. Defensive line is crippled right now. Guys like Langston and the freshman just aren’t anywhere near where they should be if they can’t even see rotational snaps.

Moderately talented team built with transfers and freshman that has yet to find a couple alpha-male player-leaders.

I said earlier in the week LSU had already peaked and got down voted away. Idiots

100% reflected the fan base.

If they feed off us positively, like was confirmed vs Bama, then they feed off us apathetically too.

the fact we had so much success is remarkable with the tremendous lack of depth we have.

They obviously haven’t really played that hard the last 3 games…Why wouldn’t they be ready for the UGA game? They’ve had plenty of rest

Not with the same QB. Not a chance in hell of that.

We need to get a lot of interior Dlinemen. Our depth there is scary thin. ATM flat out ran it down our throats all game.

If I can recall, Vegas odds had LSU win Total at 7.5 wins. This year was a success from 365 days ago.

We have two more games and that leads to about another 18 practices and reps.

Still have a shot at a 10 win season.

An above average season one for coach Brian Kelly and his staff.

It was a complete failure but one that is understandable. Building block losses suck, but you have to look at the evidence and see better days ahead.
