I’m not going to put all the blame on JD but I agree with you that he missed several opportunities.

We’ve come a long way from Les Miles we’re sand bagging and we have a secret playbook days.

The man took ownership of it, let it go. I see it more as being too confident because of what you did to Alabama.

I've been waiting for someone to say this. Did Denbrock take RB screen out of the playbook?
exactly. Also, why didn't Kelly tell Denbrock to roll Daniels out of the pocket. The straight drop back passes clearly weren't working.

Get Daniels outside the pocket to throw or run. Call screens. Run some misdirection.

I mean, this is basic stuff that we all saw on TV. Why didn't Denbrock see it?

If you watched Caskey on Culotta yesterday, Daniels missed wide open WRs on those sacks. It might have been on the coaching staff but if he would have just let the ball rip, he wouldn't have taken the sacks.

This us exactly100% correct

Also if JD5 would have stepped up in the pocket and threw the ball he would not have been sacked.

That was the strategy Bo Schembeckler used at Michigan;

it works great when you are more talented and physical than your opponents as it often breaks their will;

Howeber, Bo was awful against Woody Hayes at Ohio State

Miles had great success at LSU using his Michigan upbringing and philosophy which worked well with superior athletes, but then it didn’t.

Not just screens. We didn’t attempt any outside runs, even when Ark was crashing the linebackers down, which was most plays.

It's called power. The mechanics behind getting the ball to the RB don't change the concept.
