I don’t think he’s going to declare for the draft

End the 7 tradition with this bum

I mean shite show as in for the fan base. Like we don't have that really stand out QB1.

What a clown show.

That will be a tough decision that CBK has to make.

Well a fan shite show isn’t a real shite show. We have a strong QB room that will remain that way even with a transfer.

Finally! Let’s move on!

I should've have been more clear. The actual QB room is in really good position and only getting better under BK. Sorry for the confusion on my part

You really think he had no clue Daniels was returning when he announced he was returning?
Seems odd to me that Boutte would announce to the fans that he’s staying immediately after the SECCG then change his mind because his QB is returning. If it were that important to him, you would think he’d wait to see what Daniels did.
Not saying it’s entirely impossible, kids make weird decisions. But it seems more likely that there was something else that happened - either grades, or some sort of suspension that led to a falling out with BK. Grades would kind of surprise me as well since he has plenty of time to get eligible, unless he somehow wound up in a deep hole.
I guess no matter what it’s a weird fricking situation.

He must be butthurt about something.

I agree. And am fine with moving on from Boutte.

This was bound to happen as soon as JD5 decided to return. It’s fine. BK has decided that JD5 without Boutte gives us a better chance to win than Nussmeier with Boutte. Gotta trust BK here.

I have no words actually, one of the strangest careers for a tiger ever tbh

Same. We have 3 good returning proven upperclassmen and talented young guys on the roster, and then you add the stud from this recruiting class. We are good at that position.

IMO Nuss won't be on the roster in 2023.
Nuss will transfer at some point this offseason.
I think decisions by both Kayshon and Nuss are directly related to JD staying for his senior year.

Boutte saw what Nuss did and expected him to have the job and JD5 go pro. Then the NFL told Daniels that he was not going to be drafted before day 3 if at all so Daniels comes back. Why would Boutte want to return to IMPROVE his draft stock only to bring back the QB who is a big reason his draft stock crashed. Might as well go pro now and get a jump on the second contract. I expect at least one or two WR transfers coming as well.

Maybe he realized he had academic obligations that he would need to meet to be eligible (and didn't want to), while also realizing that he could still raise his stock with the combine.
Just a really bizarre chain of events.
