Only reason I can think of is worth the crazy practice rules and change to schedules he feels he is not going to be prepared as well as usual.. I mean it's that's good feelings he isn't wrong but everyone else is in same boat...

Wait a minute. The first paragraph is all about being a good teammate, even “selfless”. BUT the third paragraph is all about being selfish, “in my best interest”, “I have worked hard” , & “I’m humbled”.
Look, I hope the young man goes on to represent LSU in the NFL & I will never fault a player for wanting to get paid for his labor. But somebody needs to review these great posts before they get put on the internet for the world to see.

Fine it’s boilerplate. Then somebody needs to take a look at either the boiler or the plate. If it came from someone else, I certainly hope it is not the people that he is listening to for his future decisions. If it came from LSU, shame on them. It is a terrible statement. I don’t give a rat’s tail if it is boilerplate.

I think it is a huge mistake. But there will be no real NC this year. But it will cost him draft picks, but he will not be along. All those Big 10 and Pac players.
