Nickel/Safety, Nickel-Safety.

Just because you are a senior doesn't mean you deserve to play over a more talented player and underclassman.

It does if the other player doesn't know the playbook/his assignments

When all things are equal, coaches always go with the younger guy.

I prefer him at safety more than nickle. He is a big time play maker with a lot of awareness IMO. Especially if he is able to just make plays and not maned up on someone.

A huge role! Rotate with either Harris or Stevens

Flott gave up one of the lowest completion percentages in the country as the primary defender.... as a true freshman.... in the SEC.... come again?

Well of course, obviously, I was replying to the context in which he had put his statement, "if KV wanted to play cb then O should let him".

Don’t see it with Flott. Didn’t impress at all. Dude will end up getting processed imo

Did you watch games at all.

He got a decent amount of playing time as a true freshman and more often than not held his own and played well.

He will be a good one before his time at LSU is up.

All of them dumbass. Just my opinion, and you know what they say about opinions.

He doesn’t have elite speed, and he weighs 160 lbs soaking wet. Elite, physical SEC WR’s will eat him alive. But keep living in dreamland.

Ok coach. Why hasn’t O named you the new DC yet?

I’m pretty sure he came back to start on the outside and raise his stock. He will play corner opposite Stingley

Vincent will play the same role he played the last half of the season where he excelled. Coaches really like Raydar Jones and Jay Ward along with Flott. If Ricks is as raw as they say, he may take a while to see significant reps. Hard to say our DBs will be better than last year having lost Delpit and Fulton, but with Harris coming back, Vincent with another year of progression and confidence, the freshmen all likely taking a nice jump, and the raw talent of Ricks, we’ll almost definitely be deeper.

Another guy to consider if he signs, Mcglothern. He looked really good in the army all star game.

Or You? Obviously you know everything.

The beauty of this is we will eventually see who is right. I hope it’s you, but I don’t think so.

I see Vincent as a free safety, last line of defense type of guy.

I see Stevens as a hybrid MLB/strong safety, able to cover and still big enough to shut the run down.

IMO like to see Jones, Flott, Ward and Ricks battle for CB and Nickel and Vincent S. Want to see Stevens play LB.

Think he ends up staying at nickel and in some situations he could play safety.

Needs to be at safety. Love him but he sucks in man and bump n run. He needs room to roam. Like wildebeest.

I thought he played pretty damn well the latter part of the season.
