There is a LOT more evidence implicating Kansas than LSU. They have verified texts of Bill Self texting with Adidas execs. All the NCAA has on LSU is wiretaps that they can't even accessor verify, so they basically have the same amount of evidence as Yahoo

The NCAA has not a damn thing on neither Will Wade nor LSU (at least not without those FBI tapes, and the judge already ruled those tapes will not be released to the NCAA). Now, all these schools using that crap against LSU are getting there punishment. Now these recruits will see it's not LSU that's getting in trouble, it's all these schools doing the negative crap.

I fully expect a hypocritical "innocent until proven guilty, don't rush to judgment" tweet from Vitale tomorrow about Kansas. Similar to how he supported Kentucky when their assistant coach's name came up with the Nike stuff.

The judge didn’t rule that the FBI tapes can be released, it’s simply against the law to release inadmissible evidence. We don’t even know if tapes exist. It has never been verified.
