It is alleged he was illegally passing cars on the highway which caused two other cars to take evasive action and ultimately hit one another. His vehicle was not involved in the accident.

While he will certainly go to jail if he was the driver, there's always a chance he wasn't driving. He might still face jail time if he was a passenger and didn't report it, but I think more details need to come out.

He caused a wreck that caused the death of someone and seriously injured 2 others then fled the scene. That is a POS human being in my book.
