[quote]The law clearly states that
1. Vehicular homicide
A. Vehicular homicide is the killing of a human being caused proximately or caused directly by an offender engaged in the operation of, or in actual physical control of, any motor vehicle
Per LSP Lacy was driving the vehicle, in the wrong lane of travel, reckless that was used in the killing of a human being (Hall) caused proximately (Lacy’s actions was the caused of Hall’s death) or caused directly by an offender (Lacy) engaged in the operation of, or in actual physical control of the motor vehicle.
Everything else you speak is, well…… bullshite

Wonder if his NIL deal cover legal representation?!

He also is asserting the man was drunk at 10am.

Let me expand on this.. the car that swerved likely panicked because they had no time to react. The article says kyren was traveling at a dangerously high speed.
There was a car between the car involved in the head on collision and lacy. That car swerved first, revealing lacy approaching at a high speed. The second car that swerved and crashed likely did not see Lacy coming until it was too late and had no time to react.
And just to humor that one idiot who keeps preaching Lacy’s innocence… even if he is completely innocent it’s a dick move to swerve around a head on collision and not report it at all…

The first car never swerved. The second car with deceased individuals never saw lacy coming.

Probably that he won’t be able to mooch off of Lacy’s NFL money now that Lacy is likely to get jail time. He’s claimed to be a relative.

Lacy’s agent issued the following statement late Friday afternoon:
“We are aware of the allegations that have been made regarding Kyren Lacy and we want to take this opportunity to address them. First and foremost, Kyren is fully cooperating with authorities. We strongly believe that the facts will ultimately demonstrate the truth but we respect the need for a full and thorough investigation. We recognize the concern and questions that may arise from these recent allegations.
To anyone impacted, directly or indirectly, we want to assure that this matter is being taken very seriously, and we are committed to resolving it responsibly. Out of respect for the investigation and everyone involved, we will not be making further comments at this time."
I mean… besides being responsible and not fleeing the scene of an accident

I would have just braked, and any other clear headed individual would have braked
Or at least done one of these.

You’re genuinely a dumbass.
Pickup truck= car 1
Kia cadenza* = car 2
As Lacy was illegally passing the other vehicles, the driver of a northbound lane pickup truck abruptly braked and swerved to the right to avoid a head-on collision with the approaching Dodge. Traveling behind the pickup truck was a Kia Cadenza whose driver swerved left to avoid the oncoming Dodge Charger.
Unless you have first hand information that conflicts with the police report, you’re completely wrong. The cadenza swerved and hit the sorrento that was traveling the SAME DIRECTION as lacy. The sorrento contained the deceased individual.

Requesting a toxicology report is not slander. The protocol in vehicle accidents depending on the situation.
Is it slander to call lacy a thug, killer, loser, or idiot? I suggest for you to take your own advice or administer it to your constituents in this post.

He literally started off with “don’t play the blame game” and in the very same post just started asserting the person who died was drunk and therefore caused their own death at 10am.
While getting the entire situation wrong while claiming to have insider knowledge of the event.

I’ll break it down simply for you
Car 1- swerves to avoid hitting lacy who is about to collide with him head on because lacy is in the wrong lane
Car 2- is behind car 1 and swerves to avoid lacy after car 1 swerves in front of it, revealing lacy speeding in the wrong lane
Car 3- contains decedent who was traveling same direction as lacy. Hit head on by car 2 after it took evasive action to avoid lacy hitting it head on in wrong lane
