Arkansas was just throwing up alley oops to Gafford for like 10 straight minutes.

What exactly in the stats made you think it shouldn't be close?

Youth on the road, officials on the road, and Gafford. Young team had no idea how to defend Gafford.

Turnovers and foul trouble.

Also we were shooting lights-out in the 1st half. It was going to be tough to keep that up, and unfortunately we had a 6 or 7 minute FG drought down the stretch.

Looked like the plan was to guard Gafford straight up and make him win the game by himself like the commentators said. I thought it was a good strategy. We just need to eliminate the scoring drought to let teams back in the game. Someone has to become the leader and goto guy when we need a bucket.

Reid had foul trouble and when he sat Arkansas went inside and then crowd got excited and lifted the D. And Arkansas got hot at end of 4 with 3’s

Neither KBW nor Reid were allowed to contest Gafford. Lots of foul trouble as a result of bad officiating. Great win by one of the nations youngest teams and head coaches

I can take the streaky shooting. The turnovers though. Yeah 11 assists but 7 TOs

19 turnovers and just some awful timing.

The only other reason is Gafford and the things you can't see (like KBW fouling out earlier), and home cookin' in the paint.

Seemed to me almost every tip and possible turnover went their way. Not due to lack of hustle, just pure luck. Sometimes you have it, sometimes you don't
They overcame though. Great win!

17 points, 11 assists (matched career high), and 3 steals...but of course you would be the one to say Waters was a main reason. Still want to try and convince us you don’t have some sort of agenda against him?

I like Waters more than Les. I think he’s your best guy to handle pressure bringing it up. But he isn’t wrong his efficiency isn’t great shooting and 11 dimes is obviously great but some of the turnovers are bad. Some aren’t his fault. One ball hit days wide open under the basket and it went through his hands
