The best thing about this pickup is he’s 2028 eligible. We get him for 2 years in Baton Rouge. He ranks #72 in the 2028 class as of now

Not sure if this is the answer you are looking for, but in Adam’s season preview, he had Ethan Plog listed as a high leverage reliever and Plog ended up with the highest ERA on the entire team.

It was a thread about a lower level transfer portal player, and the poster was complaining that he was at Gonzaga.

We couldn’t win mid week games, If we keep the starters as is, maybe this gives us a better chance to win those mid week games.

I mean I don’t think I was misconstruing anything. I think the other guy was complaining about guys from lower level schools, whether it be from the portal or JUCO. You are the one that changed it to only portal players.
Btw, I’m not even agreeing with the complaint from the other poster, I was just answering your question. I'm on record in this thread saying he could be elite
