Just as a refresher: What yard line starts the "red zone"

What ever Yardline Bama gets stopped on.... duh

Correct me if i'm wrong...but i believe its the 45

I've always seen "red zone" defined as the area between the goal line and the twenty yard line.

God, you're stupid. The red zone is defined as the 20yd line for everyone, pros and college, except Alabama, where it encompasses the entire field of play, even if Eric Reid has your ball, or ballsack in his hands. On a releated note, a chip shot field goal is 63yd or less.

Wrong. It's a term that originally began to be used by NFL teams some two decades ago in reference to the area going in from the opponents 20 yardline; the area that professional have a 90% chance of scoring once breached. Eventually the term was picked up by reporters and became a catch phrase for all the talking heads. Alabama, in point of fact, crossed into the red zone only once on November 5th.

I know, the OP was being facetious. At least I read him/her as being crafty, maybe I was wrong, but I doubt it.
