This is something I've been thinking about but we'll see

So they are angling at not fighting all the 5 for 5's that get an injunction. Just the SEC ones

Which leads to saying we can have our own rules

Sec is willing to proceed only on the seven with sec interest but not other parties

This is the exact argument. Not being equally applied.

SEC should not have to litigate with parties who never participated in sec
valid. Why the freak are there non SEC players in the same TRO?

That's enough to delay this

Coming right out and saying what everyone already knows.....this entire stunt is purely about LSU football. The SEC doesn't give two shits about the other players.

Dumb argument. SEC stuck their nose in this court case with the NCAA.

The judge doesn’t have to throw everything out just because some players aren’t in the SEC.

Totally irrelevant. In fact they are making it easier on the sec by not having to fight 30 different cases.

“Sec interest”
Does that mean players that are trying to play in the sec or have already played in the sec?

Yes, WIll Jordon is a Democrat, but don't forget that most of the plaintiffs are black.

It’s not valid.

If they are eligible to talk to any college the sec is restricting their ability to do that. Where they played previously is irrelevant.

How do we know they won’t get sec interest if they are cleared. Or if the sec wouldn’t have threatened every team.

This is about an injunction, not the case as a whole.

Some people are able to think critically and reach conclusions on complex issues. You've already demonstrated time and time again that you are not one of those people.

it is, with the financial consequences for LSU the SEC is ready to hand down

you ready to suit up a few players which might mean 2/3 wins over a 100 year relationship with the SEC

Because restraining orders don't get granted because of some 'it could happen' situation.

There has to be some type relationship already established.
