Josh Williams is the #19 highest graded running back by PFF in college football. He also happens to be the #3 highest graded running back in the SEC behind Judgkins and Rodriguez.

He's not some special talent, he's not flashy, he doesn't jump off the screen. He just runs hard as frick every play CONSISTENTLY and never gives up. He is also really good at blocking. He is just so consistent at running for 3-6 yards a pop it's hilarious.

He's probably going to be an udfa that makes a NFL roster.

On an RPO towards the end of the game where Daniels clearly should have kept it, a buddy of mine says “why the hell did he hand it off?”. My response was “He counted less than 17 lineman trying to tackle 27.”

I hope Williams makes himself some money. He deserves it.

Daniels clearly should have kept it numerous times during the game on the zone reads. Thanks goodness Josh bailed him out on most of them

The best part is the effort. He hauled butt to find that block in OT for Daniels, but he always does. He taught the OL that he’s not going down easy, so they look to help push the pile and made many first downs because of it. In fact they are so used to being able to do this that Jones did it from the wrong side at Arkansas.

I’m enjoying watching him and the success he is having. A total back, can run it, catch it and blocks his arse off. Most of all, plays with so much heart and determination.

Very Jacob Hester-esque

So a smaller version of Jacob Hester?

Shows that Daniels didn’t have it on Saturday and wasn’t confident in his legs.

A poor man's Ray Rice. A little bowling ball.

He gets underneath tacklers when he hits a pile. Its uncanny. You think it's a 2 yard gain and he just darts out the bottom for 3 more.
