I think this is one of the more sober takes I’ve seen on what happened in game 1.

I’ve noticed peoples takes are all over the board. Special teams are bad and we knew this team wasn’t gonna be top 10 this season. I’ll start to get nervous if we shite the bed vs Miss St.

Things aren't usually as good or as bad as they first seem. We've only played one game. This team will get better every week.

Do people think 7 and 8 want out?

I do not agree.

I love when people who know nothing come to a message board and post absolute garbage.

JDs stats weren't horrible about 70% compl.
209 yrds passing 114 rushing.

The problem with the passing - most production was in the 4th qtr. If he had done that for 2 or 3 qtrs, we win by 14. Hopefully we get that fixed

He was right in July. We’re still suffering from O’s mess

I don't think 8 does. He just had a bad game and was really disappointed. 7 on the other hand had one foot out the door last offseason before he was given "incentive" ($$) to stay. That is a fact. It also was very clear to anyone watching that he appeared "checked out" on Saturday. Yes, it probably was frustrating to start when he wasn't getting the ball early. But to not even be looking for a potential pass in the endzone on third down is pretty inexcusable

JP is really one of the best in the business. He could see this months ago. He thinks BK is a winner and will do great things here.

When Josh called us to have a 7-5 season I didn’t want to believe it but deep down I knew it was probably right. Because he’s usually always right about this stuff. Which also gives me encouragement. What we saw on Sunday night was the beginning of trying to turn this mess around. The sooner we can figure this out the better. And I’m encouraged about how much he believes in Brian Kelly. In time, he knows he will get us where we need to be

bullshite. They aren’t great, but they are absolutely an above average team. What will win them games is the fact that Travis could be a great QB and could lift their offense a level higher.

I seem to always enjoy Josh Pate's commentary. He is one of the best in the "talking business".

Yeah people forget fsu is in year 3 of their rebuild. Kelly is 8 months on the job for a program that fielded 39 players for a bowl game.

Great....like he said in the video, its going to be a bumpy 2022 so get over it. We have had 20 years of very good LSU teams, this was bound to happen at some point.

Looking at their schedule and if they stay healthy, they will win 9-10 regular season games.

ETA: heck number 12 Florida is a tougher out for FSU than number 5 Clemson.

It would be more upsetting if we got totally outmanned by FSU. We had boneheaded mistakes that can be worked out. We can still finish as 8-9 win team.

Well, we did not have the opportunity to have a tune up game like Florida State did. I believe we will beat the crap out of Southern. Plenty of surprises happen every season and teams that pundits believe to be infallible have their stumbles. It happens every year. What I want to see is our Oline dominate Southern this week and improve from there.
