Yeah Jordy, you driving the Max Johnson bandwagon going into his final year at LSU and that damn thing was a hoopty. Crashed and burned. I hate saying that cause I was Max fan but it damn sure didn't end well.
Quincy Wiggins? You swore up and down that he was a five star and can't miss prospect. How is he a five star but he needs three or four years to develop? Dude couldn't crack LSU's DL rotation but you defend him and not Fitzgerald West.
John Emery? A lot of hype but not much production.
Maason Smith? You said he was going to be an animal this season. All off season all you talked about was how he looked. Dude was suppose to bust out. Nothing!
Denver Harris? Scoreboard.
Oh wait! I almost forgot about Savion Jones. Another supposed five star beast that you bragged about. Dude don't play like a five star. He ain't really turning heads except for maybe to look and see who's on the bench that could do better.
I'm a fan Jordy but you hyping up a player is worse than the Madden Curse. It's the kiss of death...
I'm still listening though.

If I wanted that then I would just post in the chat during his show, which I don't do. I listened late today and about fell out my chair when he asked for receipts. My guy has hyped more players that have bombed than anyone else.

I remember going to a spring game 20 to 25 years ago and swearing up and down after the game that one of the young bench QBs would be a legend at LSU.

Woof, Jordy did have a bunch of misses but in an industry where all you do is talk about sports and players it has to be tough when you get something wrong.

In his defense, I think a lot of us expected AA to be utilized heavily as a Swiss Army knife in our offense.
Do you not remember Dembrock’s face lighting up all offseason when asked about AA? Said he’s special and the type of guy you have to create plays to get the ball in his hands.
Was surprising how little he was used this year after being built up by the coaching staff like that.

Years ago when Jerry Stovall was HC, there was a QB from Lee HS that signed with LSU and played DB. Every week the fans called into Stovall's coaching show, bitching about this DB. The DB left LSU, went to the NFL and played for about a dozen years.

Yeah he gets a little over excited about most of the players but there’s a few other guys I can call out for pumping guys up
