He said he was surprised it took this long for this to come out. He said at the end of his career here, he was getting sloppy with what he was doing. He said a lot of people around LSU football and the city knew heard stories of what was going on. Jordy always had a hatred for Les Miles and I thought it was about him as a coach but with him knowing all this, I can see why he didn’t like him. He said when people talk about him being a family man is a joke.

this is kind of par for the course, and has been forever, for coaches and politicians

No doubt the Les stuff is true but I love when stuff like this breaks everyone is like “oh yeah we all knew that” but no one thought about leaking it.. Especially when LSU football started to suck? It’s a way to act like you’re in the know.

not sure exactly when the transition was, but the media used to observe some sort of unwritten protocol to stay away from/turn a blind eye to that sort of activity

That pretty much confirms all of the rumors over the years. Sounds like Les was a pretty dirty guy

Eh. Jordy is a clown. If it was so well-known, why didn’t he report on any of it? Because he didn’t want to risk his access to the program.

His beef with Les is personal for some reason. Years after Les was fired, he tried to blame a lot of the programs problems on him, despite Orgeron having multiple years to build the program up to his own standards. Yet, you’ll never hear Jordy talk bad about how O’s personal life this past year was a distraction and was a factor (among many) in a historically bad season.

Why didn’t LSU use this to not pay his buyout?

Well it’s been a while since that happened and he was coach here. If they would have come clean with it back then, they wouldn’t also be covering up everything else going on over the years.

Alleva had the goods to fire this dipshit for cause where LSU would not have had to pay a buyout and he still had to be forced to do fire miles and numb nuts gets millions to walk away. That tells me alleva was just as dirty.

People were surprised when Les was canned, the results + off the field liabilities made that a quick and easy move.

Les probably had dirt on everyone else and if they had tried such a thing, Les would have gone scorched earth and taken everyone else down with him.

historically bad season.

How old are you? 1992 says hello. In fact, six straight losing seasons say hello.
